The Student Ombuds Office at USFSM is a confidential, impartial, independent and informal resource for students who have university-related issues and concerns of a non-legal nature. The Office serves as an alternate resource for students complementing existing channels of information and support.

If you would like to make USFSM formally aware of a particular problem, the Ombuds Office can provide information on how to do so. Keep in mind that email messages to the Ombuds Office could be subject to Florida's Public Records Law (Ch.119, Florida Statute) and may not be confidential.
