How to Rent

You can pick up or drop off equipment at the Academic Resource Desk whenever it is open. Just stop by and ask an attendant for help. Equipment is loaned out for a 2-week period, after which you can renew your rental if necessary. To renew, just bring your equipment back to the Resource Desk — we’ll document that it’s still in good condition and sign it back out again.

Exception: Laptops are available for emergency needs and loaned for a maximum of 3 hours at a time. They can’t leave the building and we’ll need to hold your ID while you have one.
