The University of South Florida provides employees the opportunity to participate in a variety of benefit programs. All insurance programs are voluntary and include pre-tax and post-tax options. People First is the benefits plan administrator for all pre-tax benefits from the State.

All employees are required to participate in one of three retirement plans.
