Hospitabull01HospitaBull Evening is an upscale dinner planned, organized, cooked and served by USFSM students. This year’s “A Taste of Israel” theme features a special guest chef who will help the USFSM students showcase authentic Israeli cuisine.

The HospitaBull series was created in the Spring of 2011. It serves as an outlet for students to gain hands-on experience. Students in the Restaurant Management, Event Management and Food Prep courses organize, plan and execute.

Featured Chef: Yaron Azuolay

Chef Yaron Azuolay serves as the Chef in charge of demonstrations and training for live cooking with Nyga Chef in Nordia, Israel. He previously served as Head Chef at Bakery 29 in Tel Aviv, Israel.

With over twenty years of experience as a lead chef, Yaron Azuolay specializes in seafood preparation, as well as French and Spanish cuisine. Azuolay is recognized as being highly creative with experience in menu design, special events, catering and hotel restaurant management. He completed his training in Belgium, Holland, France and Spain and appeared several times on Israeli national television doing live food preparation. Azuolay is positively reviewed in countless Israeli national and urban news journals.
