Review the On-Campus Recruiting Agreement. Recruiting or interviewing on campus is one way for the employer to build company recognition on campus. Here’s how it works:
- Employers may recruit on campus. Jobs must be posted in College Central prior to coming on campus. Career Services schedules a date at peak times of student foot traffic. Recruiting is set-up on the second floor mini Rotunda. Flyers are posted and announcements are sent out to students and faculty.
- Employers may interview on campus. The employer can set the date and time for the interview. Interviews will be held in the Career Resource Room, A 117. Jobs must be posted in College Central prior to coming on campus. Flyers are posted and announcements are sent out to students and faculty. Students may submit their resume to the job posting. Employers may select the students they wish to interview. The employer will coordinate the interview schedule with the students beginning at 9 am and ending at 4 pm.
