At the Counseling and Wellness Center, we have a passion for helping students achieve their academic, professional and personal goals through mindfulness and effective coping strategies. Our professional clinicians assist students to address psychological concerns, gain self-awareness, adjust to life in college and tackle personal challenges more easily.
We also understand how difficult sharing sensitive, personal and private information can feel. That’s why we strive to connect you with a professional therapist who has the desire and expertise to help you accomplish your individual goals.
