USFSM to join CHINA Town Hall with Kissinger

SARASOTA, Fla. (Oct. 18, 2016) Former Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger will examine America’s economic, political and security relations with China during CHINA Town Hall, a 70-city live discussion and Q&A that will include USF Sarasota-Manatee. The event is set for Tuesday, Oct. 18.

The program, organized by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, will feature a live webcast with Dr. Kissinger, who will answer questions from a nationwide audience.

The Town Hall is free and will run from 6 to 8 p.m. at USF Sarasota-Manatee’s Selby Auditorium, 8350 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota.

Additionally, Malcolm Riddell, an international banker, attorney and a USF alumnus, will lead a discussion locally about U.S.-China relations. Mr. Riddell served as a CIA case officer in the East Asia Division.
