Tickets again available to USFSM’s Bulls Bistro events

SARASOTA, Fla. (Oct. 05, 2016) USF Sarasota-Manatee is increasing the number of tickets to its Bulls Bistro signature dining events at the Culinary Innovation Lab in Lakewood Ranch.

A previous announcement had said the events were sold out. However, organizers now have increased the number of tickets available from 30 per event to 50. As a result, tickets are again available to the Oct. 27, Nov. 3 and Nov. 17 dining experiences.

The Oct. 13 event remains sold out.

The Bulls Bistros quickly gained popularity following the first event on Sept. 8 on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch. Organizers said guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, but they didn’t expect tickets to future Bulls Bistros to go so quickly. The event featured a pairing of Spanish-inspired tapas dishes prepared by students and faculty with a sampling of craft beers or red and white wines.

The Bulls Bistro was founded by Dr. Pat Moreo, dean of the College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership, to spotlight the college and its programs and to equip hospitality students with hands-on training.
