What would you like to do for a career upon graduation?

I am still exploring all of the options as far as careers go, but I am very interested in entrepreneurial pursuits.

Why did you choose the major that you chose?

I felt that business is a very versatile major that will equip me for a variety of positions. The skills obtained in a business major are so beneficial in everyday life, especially when it comes to running or working with companies.

What are some of your interests?

I love anything creative including music, art, and dancing. I have been training in classical ballet for 13 years, and I am thrilled to be able to continue that since I am attending USFSM! I have a youth degree from Ringling School of Art and Design, and I love to do all types of arts and crafts. I also enjoy singing, acting, traveling, writing, and cooking. Volunteering at my church, Bayside Community Church, in the Children’s ministry on a weekly basis is another thing that I enjoy doing.

What is something about you that people wouldn’t normally know about you?

I am a ballet dancer, lover of classical music, and all things creative. Volunteering and helping others is another passion of mine which drove me to complete over 350 hours of community service during high school and win the Anne Frank Humanitarian Award. I really enjoyed being involved in leadership positions in my high school; I was Senior Class President, President of National Honor Society, and  Yearbook Editor.

Why did you choose USF Sarasota-Manatee?

Attending USFSM enabled me to get a quality education at a first class institution on a beautiful campus all in my home city. I am able to keep up my extracurricular activities, namely ballet and being involved at my church, and still have a fabulous college experience without having to uproot from my current life situation that I enjoy.

Would you recommend USFSM to someone else?

I would absolutely recommend USFSM to others! The campus is gorgeous, everyone that works there is incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and all of my professors are wonderful! So far my experience at USFSM has been fantastic!
