Advisory Board for USF Sarasota-Manatee’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management helps the program meet hospitality needs

The Advisory Board for the School of Hotel & Restaurant Management at USF Sarasota-Manatee held its first meeting of 2011.  The goal of the Advisory Board is to ensure that the program is meeting industry needs in the community and staying abreast of latest industry standards in order to produce a high caliber student.  “The most exciting thing for us is the quality of these board members and their willingness to invest in our program, our students, our faculty,” said Jay Schrock, Dean of the School of Hotel & Restaurant Management.  “They are nationally recognized professionals who are helping us to ensure that we are producing the best students in the country.”
