Office of the USF System President
As Chief Executive Officer of the USF System, Dr. Steven C. Currall oversees a system serving more than 49,000 students in over 235 degree programs on the undergraduate, masters, specialist and doctoral levels across three campuses.
Office of the USFSM Regional Chancellor
Karen A. Holbrook, PhD, is the Regional Chancellor at USF Sarasota-Manatee.
The USFSM Senior Leadership
The Senior Leadership is the on-campus team at USF Sarasota-Manatee that comprises the Regional Chancellor, three Regional Vice Chancellors and two Assistant Vice Presidents.
The USFSM Campus Board
The USF Sarasota-Manatee Campus board is a group of community leaders who serve terms of four years. The board is responsible for guiding the overall mission and plan of the regional campus while serving as USFSM advocates to the community.
Community Leadership Council (CLC)
The CLC’s charge is to advise the USF Sarasota-Manatee Campus Board and management team about program and service priorities, and advocate and present information on campus priorities to the community and elected officials. The council has four committees: Community Affairs, Executive, Program and Public Advocacy.
USF Board of Trustees
The USF Board of Trustees was created in 2001 and is responsible for cost-effective policy decisions appropriate to the system mission and the implementation and maintenance of high quality education programs within the laws and rules of the State.
The Deans' Council is responsible for decision-making with regards to academics and the welfare of students and faculty.
State University System Board of Governors
USF Sarasota-Manatee is a member of the Florida State University System (SUS). The SUS comprises 12 state universities and operates under the control of the Board of Governors.
